Among other things, the 2009 version just has too much "automation" (I believe if you manually enter transactions you have a better idea of where your money is/goes), and the page of all one's accounts is cumbersome and difficult to navigate quickly. Wish I had stayed with my old 97 version!!!!! I absolutely loved my Quicken 97, then upgraded last year to Quicken 2009 and did NOT like the new version!
