I have this book from the library right now and am working my way through it. I intend to post my impressions once I've gotten through it. I'll keep you posted. What I *can* tell you so far is that this isn't a do-it-yourself book. Rather, it's intended to help you through the process with an attorney. It does a pretty good job of providing background and bringing up topics that you might want get more info/guidance about from your attorney.

Seeing as this is your most recent post on Estate Planning, did you get a chance to read this book? I'm just wondering because from what little I've read there are definite benefits to have a trust with most of your assets titled in it. A will is also required, but assets would go through the probate process and you can do more things through a properly set-up trust. I don't know your exact situation, but as you said in a previous post, you may want to at least talk to an attorney about setting up a trust and reviewing your current will.
