Dreamhost has a couple of new websites that I want to get going over the next 3 months or so, and Bluehost has my original sites. The last week or so BlueHost hasn't been doing so well in the server department, so if their problems persist I may move some of my sites to dreamhost that are currently on bluehost. For a new project, though, I probably will try Dreamhost. Note that if you register the domain through Dreamhost, you won't have an expense there for the domain name, but even if you get the dreamhost account as cheap as you can possibly pay, it is still a minimum of $22.40 for a year (which is a great price, don't get me wrong...)
