National Tax Advice Day

Just a quick note to let you all know about National Tax Advice Day, which will take place this Thursday (the day before the e-filing season officially opens). This effort represents a nationwide initiative on the part of H&R Block to raise public awareness of the biggest changes to the tax code and the most common filing mistakes. Their website features a tax preparation checklist, a bunch of tax advice, and a variety of calculators for estimating your refund. If you’re gearing up to file your taxes, it might be worth a look.
