But then if I move my neighbors will get all the free stuff while my bottom line will be in the red. As an extention of this thought, one can consider living next door to somebody who is generous. In that case you will get their stuff right away without having to wait till they move (they could even give you a $1M check or change their will in your favor). Living off somebody else's resources is always a good money savings advice.
