		<description>Sitting here deciding what i should do after ordering bunk beds that were supposed to be delivered last friday. After reading all these complaints and calling and re-calling and being promised am e-mail  witch i never received i am wondering if i should just call and cancel.  My son and grandson are expected from Florida on thursday and we need them to have in time to put them together and put up. Our mattresses were delivered last saturday (from another company) but i get nowhere about when i can expect the beds.           joyce 6/23</description>

		<description>Do not, repeat, DO NOT order from these folks.  I placed an order 11:00 pm Friday night (Saturday Morning already Central time where the company is) and then realized I didn&#039;t want the item.  The office is closed Saturday and Sunday so I called Monday lunch Pacific time  the next business day which was still AM Central time and i was told the item had already shipped so I couldn&#039;t cancel.  When I pointed out it was much less than one business day they said there was nothing they could do and that I will be responsible for the shipping cost.  When I asked for the tracking information they said there wouldn&#039;t be a tracking number until Tuesday even though it had already shipped but they don&#039;t generate a number until the second day which is completely false of course.  It was obvious on the phone that there is not interest in customer service or providing a good product here, simply an internet scam of selling poor quality chinese products at top dollar with no concern for the customer.</description>

Finally, 10 days after I ordered, I spoke with a manager who told me he would cancel and credit the order.  Here I am a month later, just received an email from Simplybunkbeds.com stating that my order is STILL open and will remain open unless they hear from me within 48 hours.  Oh, and by the way, they have yet to credit my account for this bunkbed.  Buyer beware!!!</description>

		<description>Came across this site and given our own bad experience with SimplyBunkbeds, I had to weigh in.  We ordered the Ethan wood bunkbed set and had nothing but problems.  The first shipment had no hardware or directions. The hardware and directions sent later had the wrong washers. We had to e-mail photos of what they had sent us to solve that problem. 

Building the bed set we found that the ladder was to short to be attached to the bottom bunk.  We e-mailed some more photos. They tried to fix this by sending us another ladder set, which was no different in length from the first. Then another ladder set, which was the same story.  After many back and forth e-mails, they agreed to reimburse us for part of our order cost, and they sent us a whole new bed set.  That bed set too had quality issues (and some damage in shipping), but we were able cobble everything we had from them together to make what is actually a very nice looking bed.  But, what a hassle.

I chalk it up to a huge lack of quality control at the manufacturer&#039;s end.</description>

Very poor quality, extremel poor fit and finish and it only cost 5 times more than a decent Walmart bunk bed of superior quality!....They gave me half their profit back after a few phone calls and e-mails, but I am still seething at the overpriced junk they pass off as &quot;Superior&quot;. 

Off course they won&#039;t publish my review of the bed on their website, but I certainly would never deal with these guys again!</description>

The headboards had three holes for hardware at each joint, the rails four. Took us about a month to convince everyone up the chain that we could count. The trouble is all the layers in these transactions: the retailer (a local company in our case--these things don&#039;t just happen in the internet) sells via drop-shipment from the &quot;manufacturer&quot; who is really an importer in California getting merchandise from a factory in Asia. There are many opportunities for information to get garbled in a global economy.</description>
