American Cancer Society Charity Drive
While there’s no such thing as a bad time to donate to charity, this time of year seems to bring out the best in people. Perhaps it’s the holidays, or maybe it’s the fact that the end of the year is looming, and people are starting to look for extra tax breaks… Whatever the reason, I’d like to encourage you to pick out a charity (or two or three) and send a little jingle their way. And if you’re looking for a worthy cause, why not consider the American Cancer Society?
Jim over at Blueprint for Financial Prosperity has just launched a charity drive to raise money for the ACS, and I’ve decided to chip in with $100 myself. We’re actually planning on doing a good bit more for various charities before the year is done, and I’ll be posting more details as we sort things out. But in the meantime, please consider supporting Jim’s cause by donating to the American Cancer Society.
