I have high balances on Home Depot and Lowe's cards because I was building a house. The real estate market being what it is, I am going to have to sit on the project for possibly a few years. I'd like to roll over the balances to a 0% card. Does this sound like a good plan? Do the cards listed on your website work for Home Depot and Lowe's? And is there anyone left who doesn't charge the 3%?

My credit isn't so great (rejected for an amex blue for various reasons) and I'm looking for a card to do about $5000 of balance transferring. Can anyone direct me towards a card? I'm still a student if that helps.

Looks like with the exception of the Citi cards, all have rolled back their no-fee offers (Discover seems to have gone to 3%; I see no mention of fee waivers). Of course, the card I need to transfer is a Citi card, so it looks like I'll have to pay a fee--anathema to a tightwad such as myself...
