		<description>Does participation in these carnivals increase traffic? Seems like they might. It also seems like it would bring the &quot;right&quot; readers. Of course you cannot find and keep the &quot;right&quot; readers until you have enough of any kind of reader.

I got curious and put together a survey to see how many readers it takes on average to get the conversations started and start reaching that &quot;right&quot; audience. Now I am trying to find successful bloggers to provide feed-back on how many readers it takes to reach critical mass.
