FacebookThis is just a quick note to let you know that my offer to match food bank donations last week resulted in $783.84 in contributions by readers to their local food banks. Now for some exciting news…
A reader wrote in over the weekend and said that they wanted to extend the program by offering to match an additional $1000 in contributions. So… I’ve decided to extend this program through the end of this week. As before, all you have to do is make a donation to you local food bank, and then let me know about it.

Hop on over to Feeding America to look up you local foodbank. Once you’ve made your donation, let me know.
