  2. Joe: Yeah, unfortunately, that’s a targeted offer. Plus, $4k is steep for some people. Too bad it’s not proportional, so you’d get a $400 bonus for $4k in spending. Oh well…

  3. Is it possible/a good idea to use 0% APR credit cards to pay off debt, assuming you can pay off the balance before the 0% APR expires? I have a couple thousand dollars in student loans that’s gathering interest and I’m considering using a 0% APR card to do it and then paying that balance off within the year.

  4. Paying less interest is always good. Just make sure you really can pay it off before the introductory rate goes away.
