Happy Thanksgiving!
I’m not sure about you, but my day will be spent going on a hike with the kids, watching football, and eating a wonderful dinner. Speaking of which… Did you know that a typical Thanksgiving dinner weighs in at a hefty 1500 calories?
While I’m planning on falling well short of the 1500 calorie mark, I will be enjoying some turkey with all the fixings, a nice slice of apple pie, and some good wine.
We’ll be back tomorrow with our regularly scheduled programming. But for now, just kick back, relax, and enjoy your day.
