Free Book About Social Security

This is just a quick note to let you know that Mike Piper from Oblivious Investor has published another book in his “…in 100 Pages or Less” personal finance series.

This one, which is called “Social Security Made Simple,” is aimed at helping you get the most out of your Social Security benefits.

I’m bringing this up for two reasons. First, I’ve read some of Mike’s other books and have found them to be very clear and concise. Second, as this title of this post indicates, the book is currently available for free.

Here’s the deal: From now through Friday you can get the Kindle version for free. Note that you don’t actually need a Kindle to read the Kindle version — you can also read it on the Mac or PC or just about any smartphone (iOS, Android).

If you’d prefer a physical copy of the book, you can pick one up for $5 (again, this deal is only good through Friday). After that, assuming that it’s priced like his other books, the price will revert to somewhere in the $8-$10 range.
