Get the TaxACT 2011 Ultimate Bundle for $13.95

Do you do your own taxes? If so, you might be interested in this offer from TaxACT Online… Click through for details, but the short version is that you can pre-register to receive the “TaxACT Ultimate Bundle” for the 2011 filing season for $13.95 – this includes both your Federal and State return as well as free e-filing.

This isn’t the exactly the deal of the century, as the regular price is $17.95, but it’s a $4.00 discount without having to actually commit to anything. You basically just create an account by going through this link and you’ll be assured of getting the pre-release pricing when it comes time to file.

Once the 2011 version is online, you’ll be able to play with it and decide whether or not you like it. If you do, you can pay for it. If not, you can move on and use something else. I’ve never used TaxACT, so I don’t have any firsthand experience with it. That being said, TaxACT did receive a number of favorable comments in my earlier post about the best tax prep software.

P.S. Yes, I know that many are still recovering from trauma of doing their 2010 taxes, but you know what they say… The early bird gets the worm!

Can’t seem to find the ‘Ultimate Bundle’ for 13.95. All I can get is Federal for 7.95 and State for 10.00 more. Can you provide the correct link?

This is a comment to the MLM article. The information is correct except as far as I am concerned, the Amway Corporation for example has top quality in most, if not all, of their lines. One is Nutrilite. Carl Rehnborg, founder of the NUTRILITE brand, created his first nutrition product and became a pioneer in the history of nutrition and even MLM. This goes back about 80 years ago. My wife and I attribute our health to a great extent to Nutrilite. I am 72 and take no medicine and I don’t wear eye glasses…….

I’ve used TaxAct online for the past 5-6 years. I often try other sites that others rave about, but I always end up back at TaxAct. I find the interface easy to use. And they always get me the best refund when compared to other sites. Even better is that when I do my taxes by hand (which I often do double check), they always correspond to what TaxAct spits out.
