Feeling Rich: Words to Live By

I just ran across this little tidbit and thought I’d share it with you:

“If you want to feel rich, just count the things you have that money can’t buy.”

I heard this old song on the radio today that went something along the lines of “There are free things in life, but I can’t choose them, so I wish you’d give me more money, give me more money…” Something like that. The way I understand that for myself is that we should appreciate things in life that have no monetary value, but at the same time, it s not necessary to get convince yourself that everything is good because you’ve got friends, health, etc. My point is that you can always make it better – better for you, your family, your friends, etc. And, as capitalistic as it sounds, money often is the answer to many questions.

    Still counting…. Life is great!

I think most of us never appreciate what we have enough. We like to think that the grass is greener on the other side and end up complaining way too often.
