Bank Deal: Earn 1.00% APY on an FDIC-insured savings account at Barclays.

It’s time again for the weekly roundup. So, without further ado, here are some of the best personal finance blog entries that I ran across in the past week.

JLP at AllThingsFinancial provided an extensive list of online tax resources, and also wrote up a five step strategy for getting out of debt.

FMF at FreeMoneyFinance continued his series on building blog traffic with tips on participating in blog carnivals and posting frequently. He also wrote an interesting post on not buying more house than you can afford.

Jim at Blueprint for Financial Prosperity continued his series on buying a car on eBay with tips on the buy-it-now option and reserve prices. He also wrote up tips for selling a house in a slow market.

Flexo at ConsumerismCommentary provided tips on becoming the next Bill Gates, and also wrote up a piece on getting in shape, and it sparked a great discussion with a lot of good ideas.

Jonathan at MyMoneyBlog initiated an interesting experiment on float times when transferring between various online banks.

And finally, Jeffrey at PF Advice wrote up an interesting article on Compound Interest, Manhattan and the Indians. He also kicked off a great new series of Daily Financial Challenges.
